What is MyFASTag?

My FASTag is a mobile application by IHMCL (Indian Highway Management Company Limited), which is essentially a consumer app that enables users to buy FASTags and replenish their accounts. MyFASTag app allows users to track transactions on FASTag as well. Additionally, customers may use the app to get their complaints resolved.

New features have been added to the "MyFASTag" mobile application by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). How to buy and activate FASTag online?

• 1. Purchase FASTag from any online retailer.
• 2. On your smartphone, go to the Play Store or the App Store and download the "My FASTag" application.
• 3. Click on the "Activate NHAI FASTag" option.
• 4. Select the website from where you purchased the FASTag.
• 5. Enter FASTag ID or Scan the QR code to activate it.
• 6. Provide your vehicle registration details.
• 7. Link your bank account or choose the prepaid wallet and continue.

How to check FASTag balance using MyFASTag app?

• 1. On your smartphone, go to the Play Store or the App Store and download the "My FASTag" application.
• 2. Enter your login information.
• 3. You can now check your balance.
