What if the FASTag gets damaged?

If the FASTag gets damaged, you can request the tag issuing bank for a replacement at an applicable charge.

Broken windshield, wear & tear of tag, etc can be considered as different scenarios where you can opt for tag replacement.

To raise a replacement request, contact the tag issuing bank with your mobile number against which the tag has been registered along with the vehicle registration number or tag ID.
