How can I recharge my FASTag account?
First log into your FASTag wallet with your user id and password created at the ETC portal provided by your partner bank. Then recharge your FASTag account by simply loading money online to your FASTag wallet associated with the respective partner bank through credit card, debit card, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, net-banking or even through offline options like cheque. Now you can also recharge your FASTag account through GooglePay, PhonePay, etc.
GooglePay, PhonePay, etc., has added support to recharge FASTag accounts by selecting the respective banking partner and linking their vehicle registration number / customer id. This way users can easily recharge and track their payments. Users can also check their FASTag account balance just with the tap of a button. FASTag account can have a maximum of one lakh rupees at any point of time for KYC compliant customers.
To raise a recharge related complaint, contact the tag issuing bank with your mobile number against which the tag has been registered along with the vehicle registration number or tag ID.
